Terms and Conditions

Payment: All fees are referred to in EURO. All payments should be made in EURO.

Payment by credit card: The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard) are accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email. The registration fee is deducted from your credit card immediately after your purchase. There is a surcharge of 2.95% for use of company credit card.

Payment by bank transfer: You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be send to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days after you have registered. Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fees have been received in full.
Please note that as from the 2 June 2022 only payment per credit card is accepted.

Cancellation policy: Full cancellation of your participation must be e-mailed to the EACPT 2021 Congress Secretariat at [email protected]. Amendments should be made by contacting the meeting secretariat by e-mail.

Visa and Official Letter of Invitation

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest that you contact your local Greek Embassy or Consulate for instructions on visa regulations and application procedures. The participant is responsible for obtaining a visa if necessary. Official letter of invitation can be requested when registering. Please note that the letter of invitation will not be sent before the participant has registered and paid the registration fee.
