New EACPT Virtual Focus Meeting 2021

Abstract presenters will be given the choice to either present abstracts virtually this year for the new EACPT Virtual Focus Meeting. 28-29 June 2021 OR save them for the postponed EACPT Congress in Athens, 26-28 June 2022 (see more details on the front page).

Please note that only abstracts that have NOT been previously published will be accepted. This means that abstracts can only be presented during the EACPT Congress next year in Athens if not published elsewhere in the meantime. A link with the two options will be sent to abstract submitters before 12 March.

The submitting author will receive a confirmation of acceptance for oral presentation, poster presentation, or a notice of rejection, by email by 15 April 2021.

Abstract submission guidelines

Deadline for submission through the Submission Website: Thursday February 18, 2021 at 23.59hours (CET).

You should only submit an abstract if you intend to attend the congress either on-line or physical presence. If your abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation you must register for the congress. Posters will be presented in electronic form, and if physical presence is possible, there may be also an area for poster mounting and discussion with physical presence. The organizers reserve the right to remove from publication any abstract whose author does not register within two weeks of receipt of the acceptance letter.

Acceptance notification

All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be evaluated by a panel of experts. The submitting author will receive a confirmation of acceptance for oral presentation, poster presentation, or a notice of rejection, by email by 15 April 2021.
